The Curious George Installation
Luke Forsyth met us at the location of his latest project and proceeded to take all of us at Project Grow on an awesome journey. We are all feeling inspired and are eager to work with Luke on some installations of our own here at Project Grow and Port City!

"Rocks" Island Cement Rocks!
Comments from Dan about "Rocks" (Ross) Island Cement Tour
We learned about cement making because I wanted to learn about cement and to see it. I called them up on the telephone to set the tour. The guy was really nice who showed us around. We put on hardhats. We went inside the place where all the calls come from the rigs. We saw people talking to the rigs. They poor the cement in from the top above the truck. They poor it in this big rig. When it is filled they go out from the garage and the next one goes in from the garage. The big tankers, water trucks and big pipes were my favorite parts. The people were really nice and friendly. They gave us hats with Rocks Island on them.
Thanks for letting us come see the cement makers in action and watching how they poor the cement into the rigs, and watching how they poor water in the cement! They are nice people at Rocks Island. Thanks for lettings us come! And PS we all had a good time.
